Just found this one out! Pro-Line Racing extremely durable material is now available in skid plate format along with a new front Bumper for your Slash. All are direct replacement!

The Front Bumper (6061-00) has added thickness for more protection.

The Front Skid (6061-01) uses the same durable material but adds strength at the steering posts and is designed to capture the inner hinge pins so you don’t lose them when they slip out.

The Rear Skid (6061-02) is a one peice design which eliminates the stock rear bumper mount and also designed to capture the hinge pins.

Those folks over at Jconcepts never stop! We get some good snow here in Chicagoland and last time I ran my Slash out in it I had a heck of a time drying it out. Not to mention the dirt and grime that gets in the tray when it was run outside anyways. The Illuzion from Jconcepts addresses this by hugging the outside dimension of the Slash chassis. Secured by screws in the front and a body clip in the rear it should keep all the unwanted build-up away.
