Brown Engineering – Scooby Horton II chassis

Here’s something else that you can only see at our booth.  The new Scooby Horton II chassis from Brown Engineering is for the super cool Robitronic Scalpel 1/18 scale pan car.  The chassis is made for 4 cell NiMH packs but can also fit a Thunderpower 1350 1S LiPo.  The chassis features flex plates and damper tubes that are available in multiple stiffnesses for fine tuning your rides handling.  It also has slot servo mounting holes to allow you to adjust positioning for less bump steer and weight distribution.  But that’s not all, the chassis is 2mm thick, making it thicker and stiffer than the stock chassis and there are two holes for “balancing buttons”, and the rear pod was widened to 38mm to accept most micro motors.

Be sure to check out the Brown Engineering web site for more info.
