Team Durango has a new electric truggy on the way called the DEX408T. They’ve been teasing it for a while as being an all new and uber piece of rc machinery. Information is still rather scarce on the truggy, but Team Durango recently posted their unboxing video to show all the goodness contained within the DEX408T box. Full details on the truggy should be released soon, until then take a look at the brief video to view all the pieces and parts that make up the DEX408T.

The Nissan is a 4wd on-road machine that has plenty of features like an .18 sized engine, a 2.4 GHz radio system, and a two speed transmission. The latest vehicle to make its way into the line-up at Helion is the Invictus Monster Truck. It’s a 10th scale MT sporting large tires, waterproofing, and 4wd, the makings of a great bash machine. WIN A TRAXXAS SLASH 4X4 – March Bash-ness Champion!

Congratulations to TRAXXAS as their Slash 4×4 is the 2013 March Bash-ness Champion! Every year our readers never fail to surprise us on who they are going to vote for, and this year was no exception. We never would of guessed the finals would of been Traxxas vs Traxxas! I’m not sure who won our office pool this year because I know nobody saw that coming! To make it even crazier, it’s the closest voting finals we ever had! The polls say the Slash won by 1, but looking at the logs, it really won by 5. There were a few people who snuck in votes after the official closing time.

To help celebrate their win (I’m pretty sure Traxxas has been celebrating all week.. their odds were good) they have agreed to let us GIVE AWAY a brand new Traxxas Slash 4×4!

So here are the rules, you need to leave a COMMENT below with a valid email address! You should be over the age of 18, or get your parents to sign you up. You must live in the USA. March Bash-ness 2013 – Final Match

Now we’re down to two. Traxxas fans are sure to be divided on this one. The Summit is a beast of a monster truck/rock crawler/thing. The Slash 4×4 is a beast of a… uh… 4×4 short course truck. Both are known for their bashing ability and durability. But only one can be the March Bash-ness 2013 Champion. So now is the time to get your vote on and pick which Traxxas truck is the better of the two bashers.

Voting for this final round will last until Tuesday, the 9th, 11:59 pm CDT. And then the winner will be crowned.

March Bash-ness – Round 3 – Part 2

After a day off due to all of yesterday’s shenanigans we’re back today to conclude the final [2+2]. This part features a rematch of the first ever March Bash-ness final round. The big daddy HPI Savage Flux HP is taking on the venerable Traxxas Slash 4×4. What say you fans of bashing? Will the Savage make it’s second appearance in the final round? Or will we be facing an all Traxxas final of March (April?) Bash-ness? Now is the time to rally all your friends/troops/whatevers and get them to vote for your favorite truck.

Voting for this part of Round 3 will conclude on Thursday, the 4th, at 11:59ish pm CDT

Oh yeah, don’t forget, somebody will win something when this is all over.

March Bash-ness 2013 – Round 3 – Part 1

Here we go, now things are really starting to count. The final [number between three and five] is upon us. Some huge names are in this round. The newest kid on the block, Vaterra’s Twin Hammers made it, as did Traxxas’ Summit and Slash 4×4, and finally the HPI Savage Flux HP. So on one side of the bracket it’s come down to two hybrid crawler/bashers and on the other, two old gents that faced off once before in the final round of the first ever March Bash-ness. This time around it’s possible that we may have a Traxxas vs. Traxxas final. But the Savage Flux has a old and strong fan base and the Twin Hammers has a new and fervent following, so how will it shape up, nobody knows.

But one thing we do know is that March Bash-ness always ends with one of you walking away with a huge prize. But you can’t win if you don’t participate.

Voting for Round 3 will be split into two parts, the first part will be the Vaterra Twin Hammers vs Traxxas Summit match-up. Voting will end on Sunday, the 31st, at 11:59pm CDT. Round two will start soon after round 1 closes.
