Holeshot Fronts
On display inside the Pro-Line suite at the HobbyTown USA Convention was their new 2wd 10th scale buggy Holeshot Front Tires. These are the mystery tires Pro-Line teased about a couple of weeks ago and we finally got a chance to hold them in our hands. These new Holeshots should be the hot ticket on your Associated B4.1 or Losi 22. More information about these should be posted soon on Pro-Lines official Website.

We recently reviewed Pro-Lines new 2wd Slash transmission, check it out HERE.

TLR TEN SCT
The guys over at Team Losi Racing have recently introduced their new Nitro TEN-SCT 4wd RTR. We have been big fans of Losi’s electric version, the TEN-SCTE, since it was introduced over a year ago. The new nitro version features an on-board remote starting system, 3.4 nitro engine, waterproof electronics, and 2.4GHz Spektrum radio system. The trucks aren’t available yet, but you can pre-order yours for around $530. Hit THIS link for more information.

Align RC
Align is mainly known for their helicopters, but many surface enthusiasts use their servos and other electronics. At the 2012 HobbyTown USA convention Align was showing off their new almost ready to fly helicopter. It’s one of their high end helicopters that comes built and loaded with electronics except for a transmitter. Most interesting to the surface crowd is the fact that the included receiver can work with both Futaba and Spektrum 2.4Ghz transmitters. Let’s hope that is a sign of the future for surface ARR’s- trucks that come ready to go minus a transmitter, but the included receiver can be used on multiple platforms of 2.4GHz technology. How nice would that be to have one receiver that works with different brands of 2.4GHz transmitters?

Since getting my first glimpse back at RCX 2012 of the new body posts and screw on caps, we have been patiently waiting. We got to see the posts again, in what we were told was production form, and should be shipping VERY soon. Not only do we want these, so we can stop buying bags of 100 pins every week, but because the new Pro-Line Rally body needs them to fit properly. We also REALLY want to get our hands on that body. It’s going to be awesome to see a few of those out bashing!

proline performance chassis

The folks over at Pro-Line continue to amaze us with the hop-up creations! This time around we have a few sneak peak pictures of their new Pro-Line LCG Chassis for the Traxxas Slash 2WD! The LCG stands for Low Center of Gravity. We don’t know if that’s going to be the official name, or if it be something like the Pro-Line Performance Chassis, which also has a nice ring to it.

Let the drooling begin…

UPDATE: Now with more pictures!!

If you haven’t seen it yet, you should check out our review of the Pro-Line Performance Transmission Here, because it’s also an awesome hop-up.
