RC Pro Products wants you to throw your old engine in the trash and buy one of their new engines designed for your RTR 1/8 scale buggy or truggy. The new Alpha Plus RTR line of engines starts with a .21 size for the buggy drivers and a .28 size for truggies. Both feature a smartly designed pull-start mechanism that disengages from the crankshaft when it’s not being tugged. They also come with the same carb that is featured on the high-end F850 racing engine. The Alpha RTRs are 3 port engines and have 9-fin cooling heads.
These aluminum fire-breathers will be hitting store shelves next month some time at a very reasonable MSRP of $125. Head on over to the RC Pro Products website for more details.
RC Pro Products turn up the heat with new Pro tested and Italian made VooDoo Glo Plugs coming available next week. Multiple temps in Turbo style are set to come down the pipe very soon.
