If you haven’t heard, Robbie Gordon’s Stadium Super Truck Series is now in full swing. The SST series looks to be more extreme than previous indoor truck events. A couple of weeks ago at the San Diego round the SST track featured several supercross style doubles and a crazy do-or-die crossover section. As further proof of just how crazy these trucks and drivers are check out the video below of Robbie Gordon doing a demonstration at a car dealership. My jaw hit the floor when I saw how hard he was hucking his race truck between all those brand new cars!
The BigSquidRC Bash Crew will be covering the next two Stadium Super Truck events – June 8th in St Louis Missouri at the Edward Jones Dome, and June 22kd at Soldier Field in Chicago Illinois. Come out and hang with the BigSquidRC crew and check out the rc demo’s being put on by Traxxas. Traxxas is not only a support of Robbie Gordon, but also of the Stadium Super Truck Series.

It has disc brakes, 5 speed + reverse, full suspension and the engineering underneath is mind blowing. Even the controller is built from scratch. If your a detail nut, or a LEGO fan, check out the video.

We highly recommend the MT-G3 if you are a hardcore basher, it’s fast, tough, and great fun to drive.
The new part number is #6401-F111 and it has a street price of around $590. The latest edition of the Thunder Tiger MT4-G3 should be hitting hobby shop shelves in late May.

We just posted the ECX Revenge Review. While going through some video footage, we caught this accidental wall slam that seemed like something we should share. Usually we do this stuff on purpose, this one was out of the blue, got lucky, and caught it. Enjoy!
That’s one of those slams that just makes you cringe. For the record, I believe Adam or I were driving in the first two test laps you see, and then we handed the transmitter over to Wrench.
New from Flyzone is the Tidewater EP Seaplane video. you get a chance to get some info and details about the plane as well as see it in action. This is one of those times, where if I had some actual ‘flying skills’ I think it would be really cool to fly one of these.
If you haven’t caught the awesome rc video going around called “The Cliche RC Action Chase” you should really check it out. It was very well done, and much better than a few we have seen lately. We have been wanting to do one of these ourselves for a while, but just haven’t had the time. Which reminds me, we are still looking for a ‘video editor’ to add to the team! If you have some amazing video skills, drop me an email!
