I was given one of these chargers and they suggest charging the battery pack (6 NiCad 4600) at 1Amp.
Anyone using one? If so ... what are you guys charging them at?
Anyone know the limits of this charger and how high I can push it safely? :?

Hey Bits,
I use a Ice charger but regardless the amps you should be charging that 4600 NiMh (I don't think its a NiCd) should be on the label that the battery matcher put on the pack. If there is no label you should start at 5 amps to 7 amps and watch the temp. on the cells.
On the lipos you charge them at a tenth of their mah. For exsample a 2100 would charge at 2.1 amps and a 3000 would charge at 3.0
Hope this helps.
