it's just as much as you want to spend
$150-200-Tamiya TT-01, Tamiya TA05
$250-300-Associated TC3 Plus, HPI Sprint 2
$300-500-Yokomo Drift Package,HPI PRO 4
You need to get some abs pipes, and some extra rims too

the control is at your choice, the esc if you wan't a cheap but very reliable get a novak xrs, or more expensive get a gts or a gtx, for motor you can use between 17t-35t some people recommend 27t because it has bunchs of torque and a nice speed and it gives long run times to your batteries, other like me say get a 19, because i don't use my car for drifting always, sometimes i race with my friends and that's were the 19 turns can keep, the recommendabkle motors are, trinity komodo dragon for 19t, trinity monster horsepower for 27t, any yokomo drift spec motor, or a good motor with a really nice torque, remmember, torque is neccesary, horsepower not much and speed, what's speed???jejejejeje
