now with the 14.4v dewalt motor installed
old pinion still pressed on

pinion cut off

flat edge put on shaft

using the motor mount as template so i have to order a new one but know where to cut now

cut using this 16mm holesaw.gave up on the dremmel takes too much time

only put one bolt in got to figure out where sliding hole goes and pinion just grabs onto the short shaft

first run using 72spur and 20t pinion esc was cool motor was warm but really hot weather
