 Post subject: broken nitro thunder

my car is breaking by the second first by pullstart snapped!! and second i
turn the servo switch on and i pull the trigger the throttle works but when
i try to turn the steering servo doesnt work so i take it off and clean it and i put it back in i turn the switch and the servo turns the wheels 45 degrees to he left as soon as i touch the switch just for the record ive gone through three pullstarts in under a year

if any one knows any thing just replie me

ouch.

The servo could be a TON of things... from crossed wires or interference, or battery issues.

The pull start can also be a few things... like where does it break? The string? The bearing? Is it rubbing on somthing.. maybe too much compression.. (loosen the glow plug till it starts.. then tighten, and don't forget to tighten)

I have never been a fan of pullstarts since drill starts were invented... check your engine type.. spend $20 and get a drill....

Any more info you can give could help also..

for the pull start, your one way might be binding. but def check into a roto style starter.

the servo- when you first turn the truck on, do the tires kick to lock one way before the rx lets you have control? if so it might have fried the servo.
