okay fellas never started a new topic befor so take it easy on me now...!!!what does everybody think bout having a bracket class..nitro rage i know we have talked bout this but i just wanted to see how some of these guys fill bout it...when you go to a local track guys on a weekly race weekend what kind of drag racing are you watching???(bracket racing)come to the line dail your car in and dont go under that time...are its a break out..this would allow for anybody with a rc car period to race and be competitive..from the ready to run electric or nitro rustler to the full blown race cars...there is NO advantage to the faster cars at all...!plus the guys that have these sportsmen street and pro street cars could double enter there cars in two different classes...and go to the pro classes from there...im not just bring this out cause im building a bracket car...i can run it at celina...they run a bracket class there..but becouse its a true beginners class...it will teach somebody how to tune..and how to make a car consistant..becouse a consistant car is what wins in this class..well u gotta have a driver thats good on the tree to..for example last summer i seen a scooter put a70 thousand dollar dragters on the trailer last summer at muncie dragway...not to mention this is some close racing....just some late nite thoughts guys...well and bored as hell to...lol...

Dane, wanting to run a pro car in a bracket class sounds like you might be scared to run with other pro cars. Dane am I starting to see a yellow streak on that black car? Just messing with you. I think a Pro bracket aswell as a street bracket class would be cool.

From what I saw late last year when I started at Lynwood there was a large presence of bracket racers. I hope to have a little something for that class aswell. I don't plan to run all my cars every weekend but it will be nice to run whatever.

Every event I have went to last year the Bracket class was used. if there wasn't enuff cars to make a class. Then the cars would go into a bracket class. I know it's not talked about in the Midwest rules and maybe should be. But The Bracket class help eveyone in being able to run. In the events

Kev & Jerry, From lynwood will be running a bracket class. The same as last year.. Same as underground,Wis,as Paul said, Min.

Dane thats the way it has run in the past(bracket) with Sportsmen and Pro Street

Eric it will nothing short of a joy to line up with you, win or loose. You was the idol that got me hooked on the Nitro Prostock theme from last year. But I think you got a pure smallblock muscle powered battle on your hands. Are You Ready???
