Hey everybody,
Don't forget the big Hobby show is this weekend in Rosemont Illinois!
We went to the show last year, and it was pretty cool. Although it sure does get crowded. The show is mostly RC with some misc. train stuff
tossed in for good measure. You can check out their page for more
info. It's not cheap to get in, I think it's like $10, but it's cool to see all the new trucks and cars coming out soon. Also, Michowski informed me that there is a $2 coupon on their web page, so check it out!

Don't forget, if you go to the show, and you see us there, make sure you say hi! I'm not sure what day we will be there, but it looks like Sunday.
Hope to see ya there!
Brian

Yeah, me and the crew are planning on being there Saturday at 10am. We're hoping to end the day racing at Leisure.
It should be a good time. I've never been to a big Hobby show (or a little one for that matter)
Well, maybe we will see you guys there if you happen to go Saturday instead of Sunday. We will be wearing the orange gear again, If I see ya I'll say what's up!!

We should be there with our Squid shirts on.
Hopefully we run into a few people. Wish I was going saturday, but I need to drive the wife to a baby shower in Indiana! =\

last year was the first year they started selling to the public there. Yes there are some good deals. some MFG's were selling stuff dirt cheap.. others were selling for the same as street price. I think every booth had t-shirts for sale also. by sunday late you can get stuff super cheap. I got a couple Proline shirts for $5 because they needed to get rid of them but by sunday all the good products are usually all sold out.

Nice deal, man.. I didn't really see anyone selling anything either. =\
Don't worry. RCX is going to be in chicago next year! And that event is supposed to be AMAZING! To top it off, it's at McCormic place, so it's 2x as big AND they are hosting it with the giant TUNER show there! So there's going to be all sorts of amazing cars, REAL and RC!
So fear not, next year's show will rock!
