newguy told me about a place in woodfield mall called ridmakerz. since it is the kids birthday, we took a ride up there. he had a lot of fun. its like a build a bear with cars. you can even make them rc. if your looking for something to get a little boy for a gift. i recommend it.

Took my nephew to one up at the Mall of America before that one at Woodfield opened. It was and is a neat place. He still plays with his all the time! As soon as Evan is old enough we will be getting him out to build one.

+1 on the recommendation!

Priceless! Gotta love it! Evan is so into anything that has wheels it is crazy. I take him up to Winthrop Harbor on Fridays for the Slash races and he goes crazy watching the trucks run around the track.

Cool!

I saw that place.. my kid loved the vehicles, but I thought he's be a little young to wrench on it there.. also, started adding it up in my head, figure I wouldn't get out of there with out the RC version, and I was at about $80! A little more then my daughters build a bear! LOL

Yep, for my nephew's it was in the $70 range. He was happy but that's a lot of cash to spend on a car like that.
