Monster Truck Madness #26 – Come Race at BIGFOOT Open House!
The gang at BIGFOOT 4×4 is putting on their annual Open House in Pacific, MO, and they are also holding a big solid axle monster truck race that my club, Trigger King R/C, is managing. Whether you wanna come and see the full size monsters crush cars or try your hand at some r/c monster trucking, it’s gonna be a great time.

3 R/C Monster Truck classes will be offered: Outlaw Retro, Sport Modified and Pro Modified (triggerkingrc.com for full rules).
We will be racing inside the BIGFOOT shop, on smooth cement.
Outlaw Retro and Sport Modified will get 1 racing session each. Pro Modified will get 1 racing AND 1 judged freestyle session.
Due to time constraints, drivers will be limited to one entry per class. No “bumping up” of trucks allowed (i.e. running a sport mod in pro mod). Also, no loaning of trucks (i.e. giving your second truck to someone else to drive).
Cost is $5 for Outlaw Retro, $5 for Sport Modified and $10 for Pro Modified. Awards will be given out to winners. Brackets and freestyle order will be seeded randomly by a number generator.
Event Times:
9:30AM Registration
10:00AM Outlaw Retro and Sport Mod Racing.
Intermission/Open Track following conclusion of Sport Mod
11:30AM Pro Modified Racing
12:30PM Pro Modified Freestyle
R/C Monster Truck racers are advised to arrive early as parking will be at a premium and if you come late, you may be forced to park far away. We also ask that you please only bring the vehicles you plan on competing with, as due to the anticipated attendance, pit space will be at a premium. We’d also ask that if you have multiple trucks, you don’t bring a bunch to loan out to other drivers. Also, pit tables will not be provided so if you require one, you must bring it.
BIGFOOT has a lot of very cool stuff planned for this event and we are hoping that with this schedule, all racers will have time to enjoy the full scale stuff as well as r/c!
The good folks at JConcepts Inc will also be on hand to supply you with the latest monster truck goodies.
