Reedy Sonic brushless motors

Reedy has a new line of competition ready brushless motors, which they are creatively calling the Reedy Sonic Competition 1:10 Brushless Motors.  The Reedy crew says they are designed strictly for competition, so take that as you will.  Some of the features include a lightweight can, with “strategically placed vent holes” for lower operating temperature.  You’ll also find a precision balanced, high-strength, sintered rotor that is supported by precision bearings.  It’s also got adjustable timing and a variety of tuning rotors are available for it.

The Sonic Competition motors are available in winds from 3.5 up to 21.5.  Reedy says they are available now, with an estimated street price of about $90.  Check out the Reedy website for more info.
