There aren’t a whole lot of aftermarket body choices for the Traxxas XO-1 but the folks over at Killerbody RC are out to change that. They have previously released a Corvette body for the Traxxas high speed machine and now they have added an Alfa Romeo 8C body to their catalog.
The Alfa was careful modeled after its full scale counterpart and is available in several different colors and trim levels. For the ultimate in scale realism, Killerbody also has rear view mirrors, windshield wipers, and lighting kits available for the big Alfa. Everyone knows we are big fans of looking different. Nobody wants to show up to their local bash spot or track, and be running the same looking vehicle as anyone else. That’s what makes us like the folks over at Parma, they know how to give us something different. Their new 69 Muscle Baja Short Course Body has a cool classic look, and the body has plenty of clearance if you want to mount it up high, or bring it down low.
It will fit most 1/10th scale short course vehicle, and even some of the rally cars with a little front end body mount modification.

The latest body from JConcepts is their Silencer Series lid for the mid-motored Kyosho RB6. Like other bodies in the Silencer series, this is a cab forward design made for high speed tracks. A small shark fin helps to add stability while a recess behind the cab helps keep the rear of the buggy planted.

The PROTOform crew has announced two new bodies, the VRS-N, and the PFM-12.
The 200mm VRS-N pictured above is made for 1/10th scale nitro touring cars. The VRS-N incorporates an air management system inspired by full-scale touring cars. It has a low profile in the front and uses strategically placed airflow conditioners for the ultimate in aero efficiency. It has a part number of #1539-30 and is priced at $25.
The PFM-12 is pictured in the gallery below and is made to fit 1/12 pan cars running in the new GT12 class that is blowing up in the UK right now. Using inspiration from supercars, the PFM-12 utilizes a low-slung cab-forward design to give your 12th scale excellent handling. Its part number is #1613-30 and is priced at $25
