While the last couple of years might have been considered “quiet” for HPI Racing, there are industry insiders now saying that HPI is ready to go big in 2015. Perhaps a sign of that was their activity at SEMA this year. They introduced a trick new RTR ’15 Mustang Spec 5 Concept Car, and generally put on quite a show with hotshot drift guru Vaughn Gittin Jr.. The SEMA show is going hard this week out in Las Vegas. One of the coolest rc cars being shown is the HPI Racing Vaughn Gittin Jr. Spec 5 Concept Mustang RTR. The Spec 5 will be Gittin’s drift ride for next year and it looks like you’ll be able to own your own rc version thanks to HPI. On display in the HPI Racing booth at the Toy Fair in Germany was a new Micro RS4 version of the Vaughn Gittin JR ’69 Mustang RTR-X. The upcoming HPI Micro RS4 version looks much like its larger brothers and will come fully assembled and ready to drift.

For all you Vaughn Gittin Jr. and rc drifting fans comes a new car from HPI Racing. Their latest drift machine is the Nitro RS4 3 Evo+ ’69 Ford Mustang. This nitro powered beast is said to produce 2.2 horsepower, more than enough for some slideways tire smoking action.

HPI has been full of news lately, today they announced their latest machine- the E10 Vaughn Gittin Jr. Ford Mustang drift car. The Vaughn Gittin Mustang is 4wd, comes completely ready to run, and is equipped with hard drift tires making it easy to slide around the cul-de-sac. The ultra detailed Monster Engery/Nitto Tire livery on the body is sure to turn some heads.

Hang onto your hats, HPI has just announced a new Sprint 2 RTR! This new ride is the Vaughn Gittin Jr. 1969 Mustang Edition electric RTR on-road, and is ready for some serious drifting action.
Here are some of the important details:
