I'm excited. Hopefully the aftermarket will give us some more choices body wise... Probably too much to ask but a Jungle Jim Liberman Vega would be awesome. (Even better if it came with Jungle Pam...)

I'm very excited to get my hands on this car - not sure why some feel the need to hate on Traxxas for releasing vehicles that are more user friendly for the masses. I've been a racer and hobbyist for more than 30 years, and I've now settled in to expecting a bit of scale realism in every vehicle I buy - and I'm particularly impressed with Traxxas producing durable, fast, decent handling, and sport-scale in appearance vehicles. I love the feel of a well-tuned and tweaked race rig, most lack the appeal and appearance of the 1:1 cars they're supposed to represent. I've already got plans for the cars and timing system, as we've got several RC freaks and 1:1 drag racers amongst my group of friends. Warm evenings, cold beverages, good BBQ, and realistic drag racing in the freshly paved lot behind my house...

I will never buy a drag racer or a on-road RC supercar. I don't believe RC drag racing will ever be mainstream. It is just too boring. My Slash 4x4 is looking pretty dated compared to the Ten-SCTE and SC10 4x4. Traxxas needs to focus on refining their aging platforms, instead they are releasing halo-cars. C'mon Traxxas, give us something that we actually WANT.
