While the Losi Mini 8IGHT has been around for years, there is a new version that is hitting the market that comes with AVC Stability Control. After receiving our test unit, we took a bunch of pictures while cracking the box open to let you see what it looks like.

We have some special plans for our AVC Mini 8IGHT, something we are calling the “Road Trip Review”. We’ll be driving/bashing/abusing the 1/14th Losi all this week on our way to, and from, the the National HobbyTown USA Convention in Lincoln Nebraska. We’ll be bashing it in Illinois, Missouri, Iowa, and at the convention in Nebraska. One week, four states, and after a whole bunch of driving, we should have a pretty good handle on how well the latest Mini 8IGHT performs.
