1080RC Acquires HB Racing

Just announced by 1080RC is their acquisition of HB Racing. HB Racing has been struggling for several years, but 1080RC is now in control and looking to bring them back to their former glory. Here’s the official press release-

“When we founded 1080RC, we sought to instil a culture of high quality products, end-users first in mind, and always easy to tuned. So we will infuse this philosophy into HB Racing’s brand as quickly as possible. Right now, HB Racing’s brand has a good product line to work from, allowing us to bring knowledgeable and additional values from our existing RD department.”. The first words of Chief Designer Eng. Mr. Simonini.

CEO and co-founder of the company, John Ferte said, “We are delighted to announce the acquisition of the brand with strategic development and growth in mind. Our Chief Designer and product team combined decades of experience in the RC industry and in Racing therefore we are excited to expand into the RC Hobby market knowing that HB Racing’s brand already has a great foundation to support the next chapter of the brand.”
