To piggyback on Tom's post, i also agree that the steering servo was sub-par. But, it appears that Arrma is using a different servo for the gen2 version along with a different ESC (i think same motor though). Also, i agree with Tom, these trucks drive and take jumps great. And the plastics are really tough. Its like getting RPM plastics out of the box.

I won this truck from Big Squid and was letting my daughter use it to practice...until I drove it. I was every bit impressed with it. I did buy larger NIMH batteries so it would last a 7 min main. It's pretty quick for a brushed. My only issue was the servo was pretty crappy. It lasted longer than most but didn't last. replaced with a stronger metal gear and it's all good now. Very fun truck. It even jumps really nice.

Its also worth mentioning that the new Fury Brushed Edition is due out at the same time the new Brushed Granite is released (mid-August). It has a higher price tag of $229. The brushless line should be popping up anytime now. And i know someone is going to ask, but there is no new 4WD being released from Arrma. Also, you will not see any Nitro vehicles from Arrma. Curious to see what the price tag is going to be for the new BLX brushless line of vehicles.
