Big Squid RC – Summer Kick Off Bash!

For those of you in the area Illinois area (or for those that like to drive) we have scheduled an official date for our Summer Kick Off Bash! Mark your calendars for June 9th 2012! The event is being hosted by the Orland Park, Hobby Town USA. You can get more info on their store here! Scheduled events so far are Demolition Derby, Shopping Cart Slam, Parking Lot Wars, and 2 Vehicle Sumo. There will be others, but these are the ones we are giving you the heads up on. 🙂

We are working on the award/prize list, so check back often for details on that.
We recommend being on a 2.4Ghz radio system, as these bashes tend to be a little chaotic. Also, the intended vehicles for this bash are Monster Trucks and Short Course Vehicles. We will allow some ‘other’ vehicles to participate, but there may be events your vehicle may not be able to join in. For example, if you want to enter your 1/5 scale ride in the Sumo, and there are no other 1/5th scales signed up.
