The folks at Redcat Racing have overhauled their budget-priced Volcano EPX Pro monster truck with an aggressive new body, visual accents, and basher-ready armor. This 1/10-scale, brushless-powered beast looks like a great option for those who want to experience go-fast R/C fun without making their wallet wilt.

The Redcat Volcano EPX Pro is equipped with a 3300KV brushless motor, a 60A ESC, and a 6kg steering servo. Eight aluminum-bodied, adjustable shocks help this truck cushion itself on extreme jumps and hardcore terrain.

This truck’s other notable features include full ball bearings, roof and tailgate-mounted body armor, and a 2.4GHz radio system. All of this is wrapped in a beefy RTR package that’s priced under $250.
