So I have something to say to the 3 commenters above this post. Axial is not the brand for you. Its ok though, there are plenty of brands on the market that can and will suit your needs. Based on the responses typed, I am going to take a stab in the dark and recommend the Nitro Monster King from HPI http://www.hpiracing.com/en/kit/10861 Leave the Axial products on the shelves for those that get it. In 10 years when the rest of the industry catches up, this vehicle and other Axial products may work for you. Its ok if you don’t understand. No, it really is.

the summit looks more scale than the yeti XL without a doubt……..

there no actual purpose for this truck in reality, yea its big and badass but at the same time it won’t hold its own against a summit, all those dick heads shit talking axial seriously should get a life but still, the summit is the champ at hard-core offloading and mudding, this yeti XL just doesn’t have the balls to hang.

Looks like a new addition to my collection . I have the Yeti and bash it almost every day on the double black diamond jumps at the bike park which I live beside and haven’t had any problems with it ,just make sure to check wheel nuts after a good thrashing . To the haters I just have to say if its not for you then don’t buy it. I want one !!! thanks Axial and Big Squid you are both doing a great job.

Then get one and lock the front diff. Sluggish put the right power system in it no prob. Hopefully they sell a kit

I agree with whoever it was that said big squid was awesome lol I’ve been coming here for months and looking forward to visiting the site almost everyday (I love skipping a few days here and there because there double news to view lol)

but honestly whats with the retarded open front diff and locked rear???/

who in the hell wants a truck that can’t actually go through some crazy terrain mud type stuff without getting stuck in it??????

no matter how big and bad this truck is, its still open front diff and looks really offset, doesn’t have balance and looks sluggish and not precise or well thought out.

its too big to be they rock racer type truck they want to release. it still needs work….just look at it.

and to all you guys dissing the summit, I’ve had one for 3 years and LOVE it, never broken a single part on it EVER, and I drive it right and bash it precisely.

the summit is by size 1/8, but by technical specification it is 1/10 on paper.

SUMMIT WILL ALWAYS GO PLACES THAT THIS TRUCK WONT REACH JUST DUE TO THE LOCKABLE DIFFS FRONT AND REAR,

AXIAL IS BADASSSSSSSS AND I LOVE ALL THERE TRUCKS BUT THERE SHOULD BE A LOCKED FRONT DIFF ON THIS ONE….
